- assistance in the organization of personnel work;
- drafting of legal documents for carrying out current economic activity;
- direct involvement in resolving legal issues of the enterprise in relations with counterparties;
- participation in the protection of the rights and interests of the enterprise in the courts of different jurisdictions, in other state / municipal bodies.
